Those that are not patients of Visioncare
Arkansas
will be required to send by mail or fax an up to date contact lens
prescription before order is processed.
The brand of contacts ordered will automatically be the brand most
recently fit. Patients may only change brand ordered if previously
fit in that brand and change is approved by doctor. If wearing
colored contacts, changes in colors ordered may be indicated in
comments box on order form.
All contact lens orders placed online are final.
On-line orders will only be delivered to the address that you
provide to us.
