Dr. Mason Seelinger grew up in North Little Rock, AR. He attended Abundant Life High School where he played basketball and baseball. Dr. Seelinger furthered his education and baseball career at the University of Central Arkansas where he played for the Bears and also earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Biology. He then attended the University of Missouri-St.Louis College of Optometry where he graduated with honors and received his Doctorate in Optometry.
While in optometry school he trained in geriatric and low vision at the Veterans Hospital in Fayetteville, in ocular disease at the Indian Hills Service Hospital in Ada, OK, and in post-operative and Lasik care in Little Rock. He has also received training in speciality contact lenses. In 2013, he went on mission trips to provide eye care to the people of Haiti and Rwanda.
Dr. Seelinger is a member of the Arkansas Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association. In his spare time he enjoys riding his bike, volunteering at the Arkansas Dream Center, going to the lake, and spending time with his wife, family, and friends.
